Project Manager

Health Advocacy Coalition (HAC) is an independent research, policy and analytical platform that aims to stimulate the exchange of experience and collaboration between the private sector, civil society, international and governmental organizations in accelerating and sustaining the EECA region’s progress towards universal health coverage. (UHC). Its mission is to provide a platform for all stakeholders to engage in a barrier-free and non-discriminatory manner to bring together diverse positions and perspectives to formulate a robust strategy for achieving universal health coverage, including assessing progress towards achieving universal health coverage commitments, and promoting a coherent, balanced and inclusive approach to strengthening health systems.

With universal health coverage as a key vision for global health, we see an important role to play in informing the transformation of health systems. We are committed to providing the public and policymakers with timely data on progress and challenges in achieving UHC.

 

HAC is looking for a Project Manager to become part of our active team.

 

• Location: remote work

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

• project management support (development of a project implementation plan, risk management, change management, etc.);
• organizing meetings, events, round tables, conferences and forums to engage stakeholders in accordance with project work plans;
• preparation of timely and high-quality reports and updates on the progress of the project;
• interaction and cooperation with relevant stakeholders (experts, other ministries and government officials, municipalities, donors and other partners on project implementation issues);
• solving problems and obstacles that arise during the implementation of projects, identifying and bringing to the attention of the executive directors issues that require resolution.

 

Requirements and qualifications:

 

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting/auditing, business administration, international relations;
• More than 10 years of general professional experience preferred (minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience);
• Preferably 5 years of experience in projects financed by international agencies;
• Strong organizational, management, communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in the healthcare sector: understanding of the processes of working with healthcare institutions;
• Excellent command of oral and written business Russian, English and Ukrainian languages;
• Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
• Independence in decision making and willingness to take responsibility.
