Administrative assistant
Health Advocacy Coalition is looking for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to project activities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Drafting contracts, memos, organization’s orders as well as preparation of other technical documentation upon project coordinators’ or organization’s management request;
- Assistance to project coordinator on procurement matters and process of selection of consultants;
- Maintenance of documents circulation and control over correspondence and timelines;
- Provision of technical assistance to project coordinators and project consultants in organizing and holding the events (meetings, conferences, and seminars).
- Controls the timeliness and completeness of the provision of primary documentation regarding the implementation of contracts with consultants and contractors.
- Performs other tasks related to the implementation of current projects, organization of online and offline events, at the request of project coordinators’ or organization’s management.
Requirements and qualifications:
- At least 2 years of practical experience with Georgian NGOs in the field of public health;
- Experience in drafting documents such as contracts, memos, organizations orders and other technical documentation for NGOs;
- Higher education degree;
- Fluency in Georgian and Russian language (written and oral), good command in written and oral English (Level B2);
- Attentiveness to details, good organizational skills.
