Logistic services for organizing the regional conference on CLM in Almaty
Health Advocacy Coalition is looking for a consultant to provide logistic support services in organizing the 1-day Central-Asian conference on community-led monitoring in Almaty on September 26th, 2023.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the consultant:
– Ensuring the process of flights, transfers and accommodation booking for participants and organizers;
– Arrangement of conference hall, necessary equipment and technical assistance for the conference (up to 70 participants);
– Arrangement of meals and coffee breaks during the conference;
– Communication with participants, hotel and other parties on logistic issues.
Requirements and qualifications:
– proven experience in provision of logistic and travel services in Central Asia not less than 5 years, experience of work with NGOs is a preference;
– excellent knowledge of Russian language (oral and written) and good command of English language (oral and written).
