Consultancy services on financial matters related to project implementation.
Health Advocacy Coalition is looking for a consultant on financial matters related to project implementation.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Regular analysis of organization’s expenditures and provision of budget spending updates upon projects coordinators’ request;
- Preparation of project financial reports, at the request of the project manager, analysis of project financial reports;
- Assistance to project coordinators and financial manager in project planning, support for the organization’s accounting system.
- Maintenance of organization’s financial documentation. Participation in the preparation and implementation of the organization’s policies. Participation in the process of optimizing and improving the efficiency of financial documentation submission systems for the organization’s projects;
- Participation in the preparation of financial statements of the organization’s projects (according to the donor’s periodization).
- Assistance to project’s coordinator and financial manager in regular project audits, including preparation of documents upon auditor’s requests, expert support of project coordinators’ or organization’s management during the audit.
- Participation in the process of optimizing and improving the efficiency of financial documentation submission systems for the organization’s projects.
Requirements and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of practical experience with NGOs in the field of public health;
- Experience in drafting budget plans and financial reports – not less than 3 years;
- Higher education degree in finance;
- Fluency in Russian language (written and oral), good command in written and oral English (Level B2).
