Consultancy services for providing coordination support within the project “Positive Universe”
Health Advocacy Coalition is looking for a consultant to provide coordination support within the project “Positive Universe”.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the consultant:
– Planning and coordination of activities provided for by the work plan of the project.
– Preparation, coordination with the project manager and submission of project program and financial reporting
– Preparation of terms of reference and technical support for the work of consultants and experts, the involvement of which is provided for by the work plan
– Preparation of information briefs and other materials for the project manager regarding the current progress of the project.
Requirements and qualifications:
– higher education in management, public health, public administration, sociology, social work, communications or other relevant field.
– understanding and experience in applying techniques and methods of project/program management, including the development and monitoring of budgets.
– good command of English and Russian languages in oral and written form.
– good knowledge and understanding of the context of health programs in the project countries and in the EECA region;
– experience of cooperation with NGOs or in projects for monitoring programs on HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis and other areas of healthcare not less than 3 years;
– good analytical, presentation and coordination skills.
