Consultancy services for coordinating the work of an information and communication platform to support advocacy activities around the UHC concept in the EECA region
Health Advocacy Coalition is looking for a consultant coordinating the work of an information and communication platform to support advocacy activities around the UHC concept in the EECA region.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the consultant:
- development and coordination with the project team of the concept of creation and development of an information and communication platform to support advocacy activities around the UHC concept in the EECA region;
- development of the structure, frequency of publication and key topics of information materials that will be produced and distributed within the framework of the information and communication platform;
- in accordance with the frequency agreed by the project team, preparation of informational materials for distribution on the information and communication platform. Preparation of such materials may also include conducting interviews with key stakeholders.
Requirements and qualifications:
- higher education in the field of public health, sociology or practical experience in the field of public health and NGOs in the EECA region for at least 5 years;
- fluent command of written and spoken Russian and English;
- good knowledge and understanding of the context of health care programs in the project countries and in the EECA region.
