Consultancy services for organizational and technical support to implementation of the capacity building plan and roadmap for CLM in Kyrgyzstan
Health Advocacy Coalition is looking for a consultant to provide organizational and technical support to implementation of the capacity building plan and roadmap for CLM in Kyrgyzstan.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the consultant:
– Organizational and technical support in establishing dialogue between CSOs, government and other stakeholders on CLM issues on national level;
– Work with communities and governments to overcome legal and structural barriers for CLM, including stigma and discrimination, ethical collection, use and storage of data, raising awareness, understanding and support for CLM, providing legal support to the processes;
– Implementation of capacity building plan and and roadmap for CLM to ensure sustainability and institutionalization of CLM in the country.
Requirements and qualifications:
- higher education in the field of public health, sociology, or practical experience in the field of public health and NGOs on the country level for at least 5 years;
- good knowledge and understanding of the context of health programs in the project country;
- experience of cooperation with NGOs or in projects for monitoring HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis programs and other areas of health care;
- experience in writing analytical papers for international programs and research, preferably in the CLM field;
- experience in CLM field, possession of up-to-date information about the GF programs in the study countries, the mechanisms of the GF and programs implemented with the support of the UN and international donors in the countries of the EECA region;
- fluency in written and spoken Russian;
- advanced user of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- good analytical, presentation and coordination skills.
